The System Options are accessed by clicking the Options button at the bottom of the Application Menu.
Choose the Category by selecting the item in the list in the left half of the window and then select the item to configure in the property inspector on the right. As items are selected, a description of what they do is displayed in the panel at the bottom.

Setting Yes/No Values
For logical items where just a Yes or No can be configured, you can either click the drop down button and choose the value from the list or double click on the current value to toggle it.
Setting Colours
For colour values, you can click the drop down button and select the required colour from the dialog. The three numbers displayed are the RGB The RGB color is an additive color model in which red, green, and blue colours are added together in various amounts to reproduce a broad array of colors. The name of the model comes from the initials of the three additive primary colors, red, green, and blue. values for the selected colour and if you know these they can simply be typed in. Alternatively, you can enter use Colour names.
To reset any value to the system default, right click on the row and click Reset on the popup menu.
Setting Numeric Values
For numeric items with a limited range of values, for example, the width of the line used to draw route legs, you can use the slider to increase or decrease the value. Alternatively, you can of course simply type in the required value. |
If you have selected your preferred settings from Ribbon Bar options, then use the Update to Current button which will set the defaults to the current settings.
Changes to the system default values are applied immediately but do not take effect immediately, they will be in effect when the software is next run. Cancelling the dialog will not undo any changes to default values that may have been made.
The About button will simply display a dialog detailing the current software version information.
