Company Purchase Orders
For those who do not wish to purchase online we can of course accept a Company Purchase Order which can be sent by eMail to sales@atobviac.com. We will then raise a Pro-Forma invoice and on receipt of payment will arrange despatch of the software.
Delivery
Following the successful completion of your purchase we will promptly despatch the software to your specified delivery address.
Delivery within the United Kingdom is by Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery, outside the UK our products are shipped by our couriers TNT with delivery to European destinations normally achieved by the next working day and to other destinations often within 48 hours. On despatch of your software by courier, we will advise a consignment number giving you the ability to track the delivery. All international delivery times are approximate and subject to customs clearance. Any local taxes and import duties in respect of international shipments are for the customers account.
European Companies
Companies registered for VAT within the European Union are excluded from paying UK VAT on purchases if a valid EURO VAT number is provided at the time of purchase.
When entering your VAT number, please ensure it is prefixed with your two letter European country identifier. The valid country codes are:-
