The purpose of this software is to scan a route and report mileage outside and within SECAs. Routes are obtained from our PortToPort software.  The software calculates the distance steamed before a SECA is entered, the distances within each zone and total distance within and outside the SECA.  It clearly displays this information in summary format in a text box.  The route is also displayed as a list of waypoints in a table and graphically on a map, with those parts of the route within the SECA highlighted.

The screenshot below shows the software after loading and scanning the Demonstration route from Tarragona to Rotterdam.  The Route Window shown lists every waypoint in the route, the list can be reduced to just the major waypoints using the Show Major Wpts option on the Map Display Ribbon Tab.
